| | Who do you contact about not getting your conmments
I have e-mailed everyone I could think of about this problem and I am not getting no where! So I'm all out of suggestions! I am now open for more suggestions! Debbie Please I keed your in put because alot of you are not recieving your comments on your page! I even e-mailed Corp and still didn't hear back yet! Debbie

About not getting your comments? Or about not being able to leave comments? Anyway I still have trouble with this site since the changes too. I wrote to Joey, you know the very 1st friend you get. I told him what was going on and he gave me a detailed list of things to do, but none of it helped. It's the site. I wrote to him again after installing a new version of windows, a new anti-virus and more ram. My PC runs like a champ and this is the only site I have problems with. Told him that too. He said he wasn't aware that people were still having problems. I told him plenty were. They must not bother looking at these forums. I wrote about the problems with the site in this forum when it 1st underwent changes; I never got a reply from anyone. Not in here and not from youpet.com.
Make a comment on Joey's home page. That way he will know there are other people having problems. | |

I used to think it was all the site that was making the problems like you but, as time went on I discovered what I was dong wrong at each of the pages of the site. I am now able to get all messages and send messages as well. like you I was having the same problems about getting messages and sendng them. What I can tell you is that you got to take your time getting to know this site, it does have some nuances that you got to understand to make each operation work. If you would like as a youpet member I will respond to your concerns\questions either here at youpet or tbearsmith@juno.com. In closing just so that you know, I have managed to work out all the problems at the site (I had many) and, I now navigate all over the site and facilitate any action youpet has with no failures. Don't give up! It is doable. Youpet.com is one the best sites to share your pets and unique perspectives\stories\pics\vids. Once you get the various nuances of each action available to its members you will see that they do actually care and provide a quality product for us pet lovers. hang in there we don't want to lose u. | |
