The Maltipoo is a cross between the Maltese and Poodle and is not a pure bred dog. Often described as a mischievous dog, the Malitpoo is also known as the moodle, malltapoo, and malti-doodle and has recently become fairly popular among "hybrid" canines.

Like their parents breed, the Maltipoo is gentile and affectionate and they make outstanding companions especially for small housesholds. This active, feisty, and fun dog enjoys life, and has been commonly used as a therapy dog. The Maltipoo is an excellent choice for first time dog owners since they learn quickly and are very easy to train.
