9/29/2009 : GONE BUT NOT FOGOTTEN

AS OF MONDAY SEPTEMBER 29TH OUR BELOVED TUCKER WAS PUT TO SLEEP. IT WAS UNEXPECTED. WE CAME HOME FROM WORK TO FIND HIM NOT BREATHING WELL AND NOT WANTING TO EAT-DRINK-WALK. HE WOULD EITHER STAND IN ONE SPOT OR LAY IN ONE SPOT. HE WAS FINE WHEN WE LEFT FOR WORK HE WAS HAPPY GO LUCKY TUCKY AS ALWAYS AND IT WAS HEARTACHE WHEN WE CAME HOME TO FIND HIM IN DESPARE. WE MADE IT TO THE VET TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG AND BY THEN HE STARTED TO LOSE HIS BOWEL MOVEMENTS AND THROWING UP AND BREATHING IRRATICALLY. THE VET COULDNT HARDLY HEAR HIS HEARTBEAT AT ALL AND SAID IT MIGHT BE BEST TO PUT HIM DOWN OR RISK SPENDING THOUSANDS TO TRY TO SAVE HIM. WE COULDNT LET HIM LIVE IN PAIN TO TRY TO SAVE HIM. SO NOW WE MORN FOR OUR LOST LOVED ONE. HIS BROTHERS AND SISTERS ARE LOST TOO! THEY KEEP LOOKING AT THE DOOR EXPECTING HIM TO COME THROUGH THE DOOR OR JUST WHINING TRYING TO ASK US WHERE TUCKER WENT. THEY KNOW SOMETHING WAS WRONG WHEN HE LEFT AND NOW THEY KNOW EVEN MORE THAT HES GONE. WISH I COULD HELP THEM UNDERSTAND. THANKS TO ALL WHO WERE TUCKERS FRIENDS!

Sorry for your loss.You are in our prays. He is out of pain now! I hope Katie is with him at Rainbowbridge she will show him the way. We loss our Katie in August and we know what you are going throw Katie was 12 years old. Rest in peace sweet Tucker

We're so sorry to hear of your loss. I know the pain is deep and it will take a long time to work through it. We'll keep you in our thoughts and prayers. I'm sure Tucker was met by my baby boy Squirt at the Bridge. They'll get along great. One day we'll all be reunited with our beloved furbabies! That will be a glorious day!!!
