puggle

The Puggle is a domesticated dog that resulted between the cross breedings of a Pug male and Beagle female. This hybrid type dog is also known as a "designer dog" and they originated in that state of Wisconsin. A breeder named Wallace Havens was the first to have his Puggle registered with the American Canine Hybrid Club and coining the term "Puggle".

It is estimated that there are already thousands of Puggles in the United States of America and the Hybrid Club claims that they are among the most common "designer dog" according to registration statistics.
